We are looking for Allocations and Replenishment Analyst to join our Business Development Team. A great opportunity has arisen to join an expanding new team working on new business partnerships with customers both in the UK and overseas. Being responsible for all stock replenishment and on-shelf availability, you will be playing a vital role in the successful roll-out of each new partnership as well as maintaining stock availability ongoing. 

In this role you will be responsible for managing timely delivery and launch of all stock outbound, we are looking for someone who is a real self-starter, process-driven and will have advanced excel skills. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a good communicator with excellent relationship building skills.  

Role Responsibility

  • Ensuring all orders are fulfilled in the auto-replenishment system for all customers  to maximise availability and received on time by the customer; 

  • Analysing trends/anomalies in store orders, liaising with each customer on delivery schedules and proposing actions to drive sales;  

  • Inputting and maintaining stock records for all customers stock at a store level to drive the replenishment; 

  • Full ownership of organising and analysing stock count data to inform the replenishment system and maximise sales; 

  • Dealing with customer stock and delivery queries in a timely manner and updating the replenishment system accordingly; 

  • Reporting to the Inventory Management Analyst to ensure on shelf availability is maintained to support sales; 

  • Establish relationships with 3rd party stakeholders on conference calls, meetings and weekly calls; 

  • Develop and update any reporting to support the data needs of the team regarding stock allocations and play an active role in weekly trade meetings; 

  • Occasional project work taking ownership or assisting with a successful launch of new partnerships; 

  • Drive forward any process/ways of working changes to both improve on availability & cost savings to the business.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will have worked in a similar role;  

  • Will have some experience analysing trends/anomalies; 

  • You will have experience with ownership of organising and analysing stock count data; 

  • Is able to work autonomously but also cross-functionally; 

  • Excellent Excel skills are essential, with the ability to use formulas, find anomalies in data and create basic excel reports; 

  • Experience working in a retail environment is advantageous, but not essential; 

  • Experience in a stock and supply chain role is desirable; 

  • Drive & Ambition to not only embed process but to constantly review improvements in ways of working 

  • Good analytical skills.
