Role Responsibility

We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are now looking for a Colocation Assistant Store Manager to join our very successful Card Factory family to help fulfil this.

As a Colocation Assistant Store Manager you will have responsibility to support the Store Manager in more than one store - you will thrive in a role that is challenging and demanding, focussing on maximising sales, exceeding budget targets, efficient cost controls, promoting fantastic customer service and looking for opportunities to lead, to deliver in each of your stores.

  • Responsible in supporting the achievement of budget target sales, ensuring excellent customer service is provided by all staff members
  • Actively support, develop and train your team of colleagues, alongside the Store Manager, to feel ‘our values’ to ensure we are helping each customer celebrate their life moments to the highest standard
  • Maintain the bar your Store Manager has set for best practice in store appearance, customer service and brand representation, continually improving store standards by ensuring the stores are merchandised to Company guidelines and stock management is maintained
