We’re currently looking for a Web Administrator to join our online team who have lots of ambition. In this role you will see what investments in online can deliver, you can have your ideas become a reality in just a few days! This role includes setting up products on our website. 

Role Responsibility

• You will be responsible for setting up new products to sell on cardfactory.co.uk;
• Manage system workflows to co-ordinate activities across the online team;
• Enable accurate and relevant information to be available for CF teams and customer;
• Enhance information on our systems by reviewing products and reports;
• Ensure there are accurate and engaging product details which sell to customers;
• Develop strong cross functional partnerships with Printcraft, trading and buying teams;
• Updates & reviews information for promotions, seasonal, budgets and ad hoc requests;
• Work with our photographer and copywriter to ensure all content is available on time.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has strong excel skills (essential);
• Have experience setting up products on websites;
• Flexible approach to work and able to work as part of a wider team;
• Good time management and able to deliver to strict timescales;
• Able to work autonomously and efficiently;
• Have web administration experience.

This role may involve out of hours and weekend working to support the business needs and the ideal candidate will hold a full clean driving license as travel between group sites will be required.
