We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage and lead the Talent Acquisition function, with a focus on increasing direct hires, attracting early year’s talent, and managing the employer brand for candidates.

Role Responsibility

  • Provide monthly BI reports to submit to the Exec Board;
  • Attend and set up job fairs and build relationships with key organisations;
  • Monitoring recruitment costs and making recommendations on where savings can be made, working within a recruitment budget;
  • Managing our online profiles with Glass Door and Indeed, Including the development of our Social Media Accounts, Facebook and LinkedIn by our talent acquisition team;
  • You are accountable for ensuring relevant right to work checks are carried out for all new starters across the business;
  • Liaise with and find solutions for Managers regarding vacancies in ‘hot spot’ areas in retail;
  • Support on Senior hiring where required, CV sifting, invite to interview, and subsequent interviewing arranging as required by the recruiting manager;
  • Ensure all roles, where possible are recruited by direct sourcing by the talent acquisition team;
  • Take a lead on talent acquisition projects;
  • Ensure all candidates have a great experience of Card Factory recruitment;
  • Produce a resourcing strategy, a fit for purpose internal recruitment process and create talent pools;
  • Ensure our induction process is reviewed and provides a great experience to welcome new starters to the company.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have experience leading a team of recruitment coordinators to deliver a full recruitment provision;
  • Have experience managing agency negotiations and finalising a PSL;
  • Be able to produce a recruitment strategy for hard to recruit for areas;
  • Experience with salary and role benchmarking;
  • Be a hands-on team leader, set objectives and develop your team;
  • Be passionate about providing a great recruitment experience.
