About the job

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Senior Designer to join our Studio team. You’ll work on a mix of products—like gift packaging, bags, wrap, party supplies, and cards—bringing fresh ideas and strong design skills to the table. You’ll lead by example, mentor others, and help shape new collections through trend research and creative exploration. We’re after someone with great technical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

What you’ll do

You’ll be involved in researching trends and coming up with ideas for future collections, as well as leading new product development projects from start to finish. A big part of the role is creating commercially strong designs and style guides for all kinds of gift products—packaging, bags, wrap, party items, and cards. You'll also rework existing artwork into finished products, so having solid technical skills and knowing how to prep files for print is key. You’ll need to communicate clearly with both the team and external partners, and you’ll play a hands-on role in mentoring and sharing knowledge within the studio.

What you’ll need

• Gifting, gift bags, wrap, party, greeting card experience preferred
• Plenty of enthusiasm for creativity and design
• Versatile design skillset 
• Strong typesetting skills 
• Strong knowledge of print limitations and experience of using finishes 
• Highly proficient in design software - Adobe Creative Suite, esp. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign 
• High level of 3D technical knowledge for product and packaging templates and setup
