HR Administrator

We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are now looking for a HR Administrator to join our very successful Card Factory family.

Working in a fast paced environment, this is a varied role and will be key to supporting the HR Function. You will be dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks including but not limited to new starters, promotions, leavers as well as being the first point of contact for our retail colleagues via email and phone.

Role Responsibility

 

  • Dealing with a high volume of incoming calls and escalating where necessary
  • Day to day responsibility of maintaining our in-house HR System
  • Scanning and indexing documents to colleague files
  • Accurate data entry
  • Data cleansing the system when needed
  • Opening and Processing of department post

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong administrative experience with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, with a basic understanding HR Procedures;
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst undertaking all tasks accurately is essential;
  • Good level of computer literacy - Microsoft Excel and Outlook are essential.
