Job Introduction

The Inventory Management Analyst will be responsible for the goods availability of inventory for all business partnership operations whilst effectively managing the supply chain to achieve timely deliveries to all customers, whilst improving existing and embedding new processes while looking to mitigate the cost impact.

Role Responsibility

• Inventory management including accurate forecasting of all stock for business partnerships in line with budget
• Tracking and booking of all shipments to ensure on-time deliveries of stock  
• Actively managing suppliers to ensure POs are delivered on time
• Ensure availability measures meet the contracted levels in each partnership by challenging the customers or implementing process change
• Ensure the Allocations Analyst is achieving required shelf Availability targets
• Continue to implement new processes and challenge current processes where improvements are needed
• Responsible for ensuring the wholesale budgets along with delivery & fulfillment costs are met
• Reviewing and proposing changes to drive down the fulfillment and delivery costs

The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent Excel skills are essential
• Experience working in a retail environment
• Experience in a Merchandising/finance / commercial role is desirable
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong commercial accumen
