Role Responsibility

In this role, you will operate a modern Heidelberg XL106 lithographic machine with full logistics and quality control systems to ensure optimum output and quality for our customers. You will be on a rotating shift basis throughout the weekdays working alongside other dedicated skilled craftsmen. 

The role also includes the supervision of the press assistant to ensure excellent team working at all times within the department and ensure you adopt a team spirit to support and train others in the development of their knowledge.

The role follows a three-shift system Early / Late / Nights and will be rotated after each week.

The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent understanding of all the latest technologies from Heidelberg
• Practical and problem-solving qualities
• Prepared to work shifts on a rotating basis throughout the weekdays
• Ensure maximum efficiency and output at all times of the equipment
• Work well as a team with a great attitude for quality and output
• To be able to communicate at all levels within the organisation.
• Good Level and high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety within your area and also the business
• Lithographic sheetfed experience of a minimum of 3 years
