The Maintenance Helpdesk Team acts as the central point of contact for all maintenance-related requests within cardfactory. They receive, log, prioritise, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance tasks while ensuring timely communication between requesters, technicians, and management. Their goal is to support efficient maintenance operations and minimise downtime.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all maintenance-related inquiries, helping to ensure quick response times, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination of maintenance activities across the organization. 

Experience Required

  • Prior experience in a facilities or maintenance helpdesk role.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or general maintenance terms.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and prioritise maintenance requests via phone
  • Create, update, and close work orders on the in house Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Assign tasks to maintenance technicians and follow up on pending work orders.
  • Communicate updates to requesters and ensure strong customer service.
  • Support compliance with safety procedures and emergency maintenance protocols.
