We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to strengthen our growing team of Online Product Set-Up Artwork Administrators within our in-house Design Studio. The studio is a dynamic, fast-paced, 'tight deadline', creative environment where ideas come to life. Working with the wider team of eCommerce and Online Merchandisers this role sits within a friendly, fun team, and every day brings new challenges.
Role Responsibility
The Online Product Set-Up team is responsible for the artworking and print production set-up of the personalised cards and gifts for sale on our website. Working in a chain between design, production and merchandising, typical daily duties include:
- Working with CMS (Content Management Systems) web systems
- 60% CMS Admin 40% Artworking products
- Using Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) to set up personalised cards and gifting designs already created by our inhouse design team, third party and freelance artists.
- Ensuring all files are technically correct using Adobe Creative suite and CMS systems
- Dealing with customer-related 'Live' issues, fixes and amending products, as required
- Test ordering products prior to live launch
- Problem resolution to fix testing fails
- Effective communication with other Online Team colleagues, wider eCommerce and Merchandising teams on a regular basis
The Ideal Candidate
Some experience within a similar role is preferred, however training will be provided. Some specific skills we are looking for are:
- Experience of Adobe Creative suite – Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator preferred
- Print file set-up & Repro knowledge preferred
- Experience of online platforms/CMS system knowledge, Direct Smile and Gravograph software, DEV04 and Salesforce is an advantage, but training will be provided
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Administration experience
- General PC computer literacy and Microsoft software, particularly a basic working knowledge of Planner, Teams and Excel
- Experience of using Google Fonts or similar
- An understanding of personalised products
