Paid Social Lead

Building a centre of digital media excellence, we have a new and exciting role within the digital marketing team. This role will lead the definition, implementation and optimisation of our Paid Social function, driving awareness, traffic, and ultimately sales to Cardfactory.co.uk.

Role Responsibility

  • Plan, build and implement engaging paid social campaigns, both tactical and BAU
  • Align our digital dialogue across all social platforms, dovetailing into the broader brand playbook
  • Daily budget management, analysis and optimisation
  • Drive awareness, traffic and new customer acquisition
  • Identify new traffic opportunities through analysing trends, data and emerging channels
  • Work with the digital experience and digital storefront teams, to optimise customer journeys, from first touch to conversion
  • Work with the CRM function to devise and implement mobile app adoption strategies
  • Stay on top of the latest techniques and trends, to ensure the account is at the forefront of change and performance
  • Lead, grow and coach a new team of paid social media talent
  • Work with finance and data teams to drive repeat purchase and LTV
  • Have a technical POV re data and segmentation, be that in-platform or 3rd party MarTech

The Ideal Candidate

  • Able to commute to Wakefield 2 days per week (outside of current COVID government advice)
  • Energetic, focused, thought leader, team player
  • Successful track record in growing traffic and customer acquisition through digital performance channels, specialising in paid social
  • Analytical approach with a strong ability to translate data
  • Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering best-in-class Paid Social with a passion for personal and brand development
