We are now looking to strengthen our existing Property team and are recruiting for a Property Administrator.
Responsibility for varied administrative duties within the property department and taking a lead on a number of property administration projects as and when necessary
The day to day
- Processing timesheets for the field based maintenance, electrical teams and requesting approval from the relevant Line Manager
- Processing and checking any expenses submitted by the field team
- Booking accommodation and exploring and implementing the most cost effective ways of doing this
- Ordering equipment for existing stores such as safes, lockers, fixtures and fittings and fire extinguishers
- Placing property purchase orders when required
- Administering the Chubb fire extinguisher maintenance program
- Responsibility for making sure certification for all stores is up to date in relation to fire extinguishers and electrical test certificates
- Administering the annual maintenance / servicing for the stores in regards to sprinkler installations
- Involvement and administration of the AC servicing program and the compliance reports
- Responsibility for answering and processing calls from the maintenance helpline and triage the calls and logging onto the JobLogic maintenance system.
- Responsible for placing orders with suppliers and contractors and making sure the works have been completed within the agreed KPI’s
About You
- 2 years’ previous experience in an administration role
- Have excellent telephone manner;
- You will be able to communicate effectively with all Departments within the Company
