We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are now looking for a Colocation Store Manager to join our very successful Card Factory family in two of our York stores; York High Ousegate and York Coney Street.
As a Colocation Store Manager you will have overall responsibility for more than one store - you will thrive in a role that is challenging and demanding, focussing on maximising sales, exceeding budget targets, efficient cost controls, promoting fantastic customer service and looking for opportunities to lead, motivate and develop your team remotely at times, to deliver in each of your stores.
Role Responsibility
- Directly responsible for achieving budget target sales, ensuring excellent customer service is provided by all staff members
- Actively support, develop and train your team of colleagues to feel ‘our values’ to ensure we are helping each customer celebrate their life moments to the highest standard. You will have a keen focus on your Assistant Managers who will follow through your values and beliefs with the team in your absence.
- You set the bar for best practice in store appearance, customer service and brand representation, continually improving store standards by ensuring the stores are merchandised to Company guidelines and stock management is maintained
