Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Purpose: 

We are recruiting for an experienced multi-disciplined Talent Acquisition expert to Partner with a number of divisions, with a focus on Technology and Digital roles as we look to expand our digital offering. This is a specialist role where you will be responsible for immersing yourself into the divisions you are responsible for, understanding short, medium and long term people plans, and providing expert Talent Acquisition support to your stakeholders.  

You will also partner the wider People team to make cardfactory an employer of choice. Bring your creative side to work as you will also have the opportunity to work on some really fun and exciting Talent projects we have planned.  

Role Responsibility

  • Partnering with your HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers to define hiring plans to attract high performing talent into cardfactory support centre.  
  • Writing compelling job adverts outlining our employer value proposition   
  • Talent Attraction using a variety of recruitment tools to align with our D&I strategy and company values.  
  • Understanding long term people plans and create a market mapping and talent pooling strategy for your stakeholders.  
  • Bringing cardfactory to life by meeting and screening candidates on behalf of your stakeholders.  
  • Presenting accurate and polished shortlists, arranging and supporting with interviews, and managing the offer process.  
  • Play an integral role in building our employer brand externally, showcasing cardfactory as an employer of choice in the most creative and authentic way possible.  ​

The Ideal Candidate

  • A relationship builder who is competent at influencing stakeholders,  

  • Proven experience of working as a Talent Acquisition partner or Advisor, either internally and/or in an agency environment ideally with the knowledge of hiring technology and digital roles.  

  • In-depth experience of Talent Attraction (Headhunting, direct advertising, talent mapping & pooling, recruitment events, etc.) 

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements 

  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network 

  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
