Talent Acquisition Resourcer

We’re delighted to be expanding this high performing team with this newly created role for an experienced Resourcer. This opportunity would suit someone with experience of working in similar roles, supporting recruitment across functions such as Digital, HR, Marketing, Design, Commercial Retail (merchandising, buying etc) and other head office departments.
As a TA Resourcer, you will support and work closely with our dedicated Talent Partners - managing the hiring process from attraction to offer and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Using online job boards, internal talent pools, social media, job fairs, and networking, you will successfully identify potential candidates for cardfactory.

Role Responsibility
- Screen and shortlist prospective candidates through email, social media, MS Teams, and phone calls to introduce job opportunities and assess their interest and skills for open roles
- Create compelling adverts for open vacancies that you are responsible for hiring
- Work with our social media manager to create content as part of our attraction strategy
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and alignment with the job requirements
- Conduct preliminary phone screens and MS Teams with candidates suitability
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for various positions and keep candidate data updated in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Create talent pool for future roles proactively
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the talent acquisition process
- Responding to emails in the recruitment Inbox
- Creating offers in the ATS ready for approval by the Talent Partner
- Meet KPI’s against time/cost to hire, offer acceptance rate, direct Vs Agency hiring (80% Vs. 20%) and interview to offer ratio target.
The Ideal Candidate
- Resourcing experience is essential from either an agency or internal background
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent candidate management experience
- Ability to build strong relationships whilst working at pace to achieve our time-to-hire targets
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience of working with an ATS and/or a recruitment CRM
- Strong IT skills using a variety of systems and MS Office skills
- Ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision
