Either way, we’d love to hear from you! cardfactory is looking for a Treasury Assistant to join our friendly Corporate Finance team and help keep our cash flow running smoothly. No previous experience in finance? No problem! If you’re keen to develop a career in finance, we’ll provide full training – all you need is the motivation to learn and grow with us.

We operate a hybrid approach with 1-2 days in our Wakefield Office.

Role Responsibility

• Handling manual and ad hoc payments across our various banking systems.
• Supporting month-end tasks and helping with payroll.
• Recording cash transactions and ensuring everything is accurate in our ledgers.
• Preparing bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts.
• Managing day-to-day bank admin – from credit card issuance to downloading bank statements.
• Assisting with finance projects and working closely with our banking partners.

The Ideal Candidate

• A positive attitude and a real interest in finance (no previous experience required!).
• Someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
• A team player who can also work independently when needed.
• Comfortable using software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
