About the job
Are you super organised, great with people, and excited by the idea of helping bring cardfactory stores and partnerships to life? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Store Marketing & International team — someone who enjoys a fast‑paced workload, thrives on collaborating with others, and can keep multiple projects running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in delivering all in‑store POS (Point of Sale) activity across new store openings, projects, trials, and our franchise and concession partners, supporting the Senior Marketing Coordinator to make sure everything lands on time, looks great, and reaches the right people with the right messaging. This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days a week spent in our Support Centre in Wakefield.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll work closely with our new store team to make sure every opening has the correct POS in place, delivered on time and to the right brief. You’ll partner with our business development team to coordinate POS for franchise and concession partners, ensuring they have everything they need to execute activity effectively.
Your day‑to‑day work will include creating and circulating artwork, print, and allocation briefs to suppliers, as well as issuing clear and accurate store communications so teams know what’s coming and when. You’ll keep our internal hybrid POS catalogue updated for new stores, making sure it always reflects the latest information.
You’ll also support our business development account leads with ad‑hoc marketing needs, including helping to gather and share social media assets when required. A major part of your role is ensuring that all POS critical path dates are hit — whether it’s for new store openings, trials, partner activity or wider business projects. Your work will help ensure every piece of POS lands smoothly, communications are accurate, and the wider team can rely on you to keep everything moving in the right direction.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with POS materials and print processes
- Confident critical path management skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple projects
- Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to work well with stakeholders
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with good literacy, numeracy, and Microsoft Office skills
