The day to day
- Create and deliver a customer focused Product vision for your categories in line with the overall company Strategic direction;
- Run WSSI (Sales, Stocks, Margin & Markdown) working within agreed parameters to deliver the agreed KPIs;
- Work with the buying team to deliver compelling commercial ranges to drive our LFL performance in over +1,000 Stores;
- Maximise opportunity by continually reviewing Sales forecasts and managing the in-season OTB accordingly;
- Develop strong trading/promotional strategies to maximise profit;
- Build strong relationships with our retail colleagues through regular store visits to understand the competitive environment;
About You
- Attention to detail;
- Strong excel skills with the ability to manage large sets of data;
- Ability to learn the business at pace and deliver commercial decisions to improve the general performance of the business, i.e. Sales, Stocks and profit:
- Good understanding of merchandising;
- Work well under pressure;
- Accurate record keeping;
- Technically competent.

This role may involve out of hours and weekend working to support the business needs and the ideal candidate will hold a full clean driving license as travel between group sites will be required.
