Inventory Management Analyst

We are now looking to strengthen our existing Business Development team and are recruiting for an Inventory Management Analyst.  Based at Century House, Wakefield 41 Industrial Estate.

The main objective of the role is to be responsible for the inventory for all business development operations whilst effectively managing and tracking the shipments to each of the partners   

Role Responsibility

  • Forecasting of stock for all business development projects;
  • Jointly agreeing with partners where appropriate forecast levels of stock;
  • Ensure working closely with the auto replenishment team;
  • Responsible for the import and export of stock;
  • Co-ordinating shipments between suppliers and partners to ensure on time deliveries of stock;
  • Actively managing suppliers to ensure PO’s are delivered on time;
  • Tracking of all orders to ensure stock reaching partners on time;
  • Forecasting of stock, and liaising with the relevant stakeholders to ensure availability.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have proven at stakeholder management;
  • Ensure excellent relationships with key stakeholders within the Business Development Team and wider businesses;
  • Be entrepreneurial;
  • Be customer focused;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Excellent Excel skills (essential);
  • Experience working in a retail environment;
  • Experience in a finance / commercial role (desirable);
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
